The Startup Entity Formation Package provides the formation of a new Delaware or California corporation, specifically tailored for venture capital investment and long-term growth. Offered at a fixed fee (no billable hours to worry about), this package includes attorney consultations and document preparation for both pre- and post-incorporation requirements, capitalization, and necessary reporting and filings.

Startup Service 2: Startup Outside Corporate Counsel Service

The Startup Outside Corporate Counsel Service provides comprehensive legal support to startups in Silicon Valley, as well as foreign startups with Silicon Valley subsidiaries, covering a broad range of legal matters without the need to establish an in-house legal department. Offered with flexible fee options—either a discounted hourly rate or a monthly fixed fee—this service includes attorney consultations; contract review and preparation; employee recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and termination assistance; guidance and due diligence on angel and venture capital financing, business transactions, and acquisitions.
