We offer startups two types of service packages at a reasonable fixed fee or flexible fee arrangement: (1) the Startup Organization Package; and (2) the Startup Outside Corporate Counsel Service.

Startup Service 1: Startup Organization Package

The Startup Organization Package is a comprehensive legal service for early and formation stage startups for its formation of a new Delaware corporation or a California corporation, structured for a venture capital, at a fixed fee (Yes, no need to worry about billable hours). This package includes attorney consultation and document preparation services on incorporation, capitalization matters, and employment and consulting matters. Startup Service 2: Startup Outside Corporate Counsel Service

The Outside Corporate Counsel Service is a comprehensive legal service for early and formation stage startups for various legal issues, without creating a legal department or hiring in-house counsel. This service is offered at flexible fee arrangement options, either a discounted hourly billing rate or a monthly fixed fee arrangement. This service consists of attorney consultations and documents review and preparation on angel financing, venture capital financing, business transactions, and acquisition.
